Common questions
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password?, enter your email, and type the 6-digit code we email you (check spam if it hasn't arrived in a few minutes). You can also change your password any time in Profile → Settings → Change password.
How do I cancel a booking?
Open Profile → My Tickets, choose the booking and tap Cancel reservation / Cancel registration (until it starts). For tournaments, the captain can withdraw the entry; team members can leave the team from Manage team membership.
How do I pay?
Nothing is charged in the app. Pay the venue or organiser at the venue.
How do I report someone or something?
Posts: tap ⋯ on the post. Chat messages: long-press the message. Members: open their profile → ⋯ → Report or Block. We review reports within 24 hours. For urgent safety concerns email hello@athzy.in with "Urgent" in the subject.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → scroll to the bottom → Delete account, or see Delete your account.
